If you have just moved into a home and discovered that your heating is controlled by our smart thermostat Cosy, then it’s important to check that you have the 3 main components in place and set-up correctly.

The 3 main components of Cosy are:

  • The Display – A portable handheld device which charges on a dock.

  • The Switch – This is wired into your heating controls, which will then control your boiler.

  • The Hub – Plugs into your Internet Router to enable the Display and Switch to communicate.

Without the Hub, Display and Switch in place your system won’t be able to work. If you are missing any of these pieces, please contact our support team so we can ensure you have the correct devices before continuing.

Using the Cosy:

Once you have established you have the complete kit you will need to install the Cosy app and associate it with the device. The app is available on both Android and iOS and can be installed on both mobile and tablet devices.

If you do not have an account with Cosy you will need to create one when launching the app by selecting ‘join now’ on the log-in page. The app will then talk you through how to set up your account with the Cosy.
