Alternatively, simply follow the steps below:

You can reset your Cosy account password by tapping on the "Forgot password?" link in the login screen of your app

First, type in the email address you used to signup to Cosy and click "Forgot password?".
 

You'll be asked to enter your email address associated with your account so that a reset link can be sent to you.

Next, you will need to open up your emails and you should receive an email from Cosy with a link to reset your password.

Press "Reset your password" and you will be brought to a screen where you can create your new password. It's important to make sure that you complete all the criteria otherwise the password won't be accepted.

Once you have picked a password you are happy with, you can return to your app.

Simply login with your newly set password and you are all set!
